Update on my booking
I am so disappointed. I trusted cruises.com to book my reservation with MSC for an upcoming cruise. Cruises.com had a promotion with cabin upgrade to balcony so I booked and now I’m told I have an inside cabin. This is the first and last time booking through cruises.com. Please be aware. Also, promotions booked with them are all available booking with the actual cruise line and if there is any hiccup with anything, the cruise line is going to divert you back to travel agency which is cruises.com and cruises.com can not help fix the situation. I am now stuck with an inside cabin and both my husband and me are claustrophobic. Kiddos to our 30th anniversary 😔😔😔😔not even excited about my cruise now, almost don’t even want to go now. So so sad. This is a major major disappointment for us. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Best Cruise App PERIOD!
This app has been so helpful! I have been able to figure out the best room for us and print deck plans to help me get around with ease. I also love the countdown to cruise date! I wish it was easier to find solo balconies!

This app is a very good tool because you can find in a specific day a lot of cruises , and you can compare prices an more !!! Recommend try it .
