Update on my booking
I am so disappointed. I trusted cruises.com to book my reservation with MSC for an upcoming cruise. Cruises.com had a promotion with cabin upgrade to balcony so I booked and now I’m told I have an inside cabin. This is the first and last time booking through cruises.com. Please be aware. Also, promotions booked with them are all available booking with the actual cruise line and if there is any hiccup with anything, the cruise line is going to divert you back to travel agency which is cruises.com and cruises.com can not help fix the situation. I am now stuck with an inside cabin and both my husband and me are claustrophobic. Kiddos to our 30th anniversary 😔😔😔😔not even excited about my cruise now, almost don’t even want to go now. So so sad. This is a major major disappointment for us. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Best Cruise App PERIOD!
This app has been so helpful! I have been able to figure out the best room for us and print deck plans to help me get around with ease. I also love the countdown to cruise date! I wish it was easier to find solo balconies!

This app is a very good tool because you can find in a specific day a lot of cruises , and you can compare prices an more !!! Recommend try it .

Truly the most helpful app for cruise vacations
I absolutely love this app for cruise vacations! Getting the correct room is half the worry and with the maps of each level with the cruise rooms is so very valuable! Before I accept a vacation I can make sure the room I get is perfect for my needs. No other app shows the deck and room plans and the cruise lines don’t offer this in their apps. I don’t know why they don’t but it’s important to make sure I’m not directly under the fitness center or below the pool deck. I truly find this app invaluable. I have recommended this to every single cruise loving friend I have! Amazing! Thank you for having this app available!!!

Excellent app!
I booked two cruises- the cruise lines are different but they both have one thing in common- neither cruise line keeps me updated even with their apps! This app is very very good! I enjoy the heck out of it!
Sorely disappointed
In the past couple of months, researching cruises, I have found that the price initially displayed is always far cheaper than when you click on the actual cruise information. Bait and switch?

Fares displayed on initial page totally inaccurate
Not using this app any longer. For several weeks the initial fare displayed has been totally inaccurate. When you select a particular cruise the next page displays several $100s more!!!

This app simplifies searching for a cruise a breeze. Before discovering this app, I would spend hours trying to find the best cruise deals but now I can find and compare cruise deals in a matter of minutes.

Love the app, but, it doesn’t allow me to edit or delete a cruise.

Had no idea what ship to go on but agent helped me pick the perfect ship and itinerary. Got a waaaaay better price than the cruise line offered and I got a free drink package and money to spend on the ship. Can’t wait to go - January 2019!

I love the ship details, but am tired of them showing great prices on a cruise only to have that price jump dramatically once you choose the cruise.
Last straw was a Tokyo to Vancouver trip they were listing as $800. Click into it, and it's suddenly over $1200. That's a 50% increase!

The application is fine if you want to do basic searching but one thing that irks me is the fact that you can't sort your results.
