Cannot open app

I’ve updated this app several times and it still will not open on my device. When you go to click support for the app, it just brings you to the Crunch main website and there’s no option to select for help with the app.

Well I did enjoy this app until it quit working. All it does now is get stuck on the start-up screen.

Can’t get subscribe.

I’ve written Crunch Plus for help and all they did was send me the URL to the registration page. The website takes me in circles but never allows me to subscribe.

Constant glitches

I have been trying to use this app since October and there are constant errors & glitches so I can’t access the workouts despite being a gym member. I tried to submit a ticket and they were deeply unhelpful. I tried deleting and re installing the app. Still the same error. I tried using the browser. Same errors. Why haven’t y’all fixed this??

Great workouts

Great workouts, lots of variety. You can do short or long workouts depending on your mood. Lots of variety. Would be 5 stars but fir the app crashing when using AirPlay. Didn’t happen before, now have to uninstall and reinstall to make it work. Annoying. Come on Crunch, get it right.

Doesn’t open

I have tried every way I can to open the app. I have only been successful a few times. I have been trying to use the app since December 2024, but whenever I attempt to open the app, it just stays on the loading screen. I have resorted to using the browser to access workouts.

Horrible App

This app has horrible bugs. I have to delete it and redownload it just to get it to open. I tried signing it, but it said my credentials were wrong. I changed my password, & it still said that my credentials were wrong even with the new password. This app isn't even worth the $2 subscription..

Great workouts

I love the variety of different classes, always something new to try. It’s always been hard for me to stick to a workout routine but this is actually fun & keeps me motivated

Can’t Airplay

I rarely use this app because I can’t AirPlay. There’s seems to be some great workouts on here but I need to do them on my television. So, I use other apps that I have on my phone.

This app is terrible, waste of $

It won’t even load. It won’t load on a strong WiFi connection, it won’t load on cellular data. It’s been almost a month since I could get it to even load and when I could it would crash all the time. I’ve done several updates and none of them have improved it.

Amazing Addition to Crunch Membership

I love this app so much! I can now do crunch classes on the go, especially when I’m on vacation!

The best quick workouts!

So many fun and unique classes makes it easy for me to find something I like. I love that there are tons of short workout videos to choose from. Instructors are always great 🙌🏻

DO NOT BUY SUBSCRIPTION! App crashes & unable to login

Not a trustworthy app, unable to login & crashes all the time when you try to browse through content without logging in! Support email never replies back & the subscription amount I paid went down the drain!

Lags, non-native links

Wouldn’t cast when pressing the cast button from iPhone or android phones. Had to airplay or screen mirror the android version of it. But it lags. Have to lower video quality. We got the 1gbps internet and newer/updated phones so I dunno what’s going on with the app. Tried to google info to contact someone about the crunch+ app issue but the corporate number doesn’t even lead you to any departments and says it’s unmonitored and hangs up. I went to the crunch faq page while navigating within the app and it’s just a link to their website page where the page even says to download the app, from which I was viewing the webpage from. Wow. So, they cheap’n on their tech budget. Content seems decent in a pinch but I don’t even know how old those videos are. dang. Why pay extra for an app that doesn’t even work right and for content that might not even be updated. Can repost the live classes that happen every week and timestamp them for me to know which one I’m watching? Thx

I can’t get the app to open

Every time I go to the app and try and open it it just spins and spins on the opening page and nvr opens up

Perfect for my busy schedule

I have trouble sticking to a fitness routine but there are so many quick workouts on Crunch+ and the classes are actually fun! I like all of the variety and the new and unique workouts. Definitely recommend it!
