Excellent support team
I had a few issues and it was my fault. I contacted the support team and they quickly responded and even called me to walk me through the issue I was having. I have never experienced that with other apps. I’m very happy with the simplicity of the app and the time it saves me at tax time. I can’t fault it.

I have just found this app. It’s more affordable, and suits my small business needs so much better than what I was using. I find it so simple to store receipts and also simple to search and find them when needed.

Made My Work Life Easy!!
Our accounting department likes to use paper and their spreadsheet. My previous company our expense reports were digital and could lookup online. This app made my life easier to be able to create custom expense categories that match the ones on my report and fills in the details. I can now scan as I go and never miss a receipt now!! OMG! Thank you! Just what I needed.

Needed to find this years ago
It is rare to find apps that go back to doing what they set out to and do it well. The upload is clever focusing on the receipt only, extracting the info, sending to folder I created. Scanned all my travel receipts in a couple of minutes and exported to my email. Even better to see an Aussie company with a great all round product. Will be recommending this to our company. But tip, need to fix the nickname for reviews. How do you easily find one that hasn’t been taken? Just come up with a schema to append numbers or characters. Thanks

Transparency would be nice
I scanned and uploaded all of my receipts, thinking they would be kept safe I then thrown them away and now the trial has run out I have no access to the receipts anymore until I cough up some money. Pretty dirty tactic but I guess I should have paid more attention to the details. Pretty anti consumer non the less because the app seems fantastic.

Crunchr is easy to use and is also one of the few apps that is also affordable. Plus our Account loves it as it makes it easier for her as well.

Actually it’s pretty darn good in a fair dinkum and bonza kinda way. Pretty easy to master and I think I would be one suitable person to say give it a go, mate!
A game changer for recording receipts and your accountant will love it
I have been using Crunchr for nearly two months now. It is made by an Australian company but it can be adapted for any country I expect (I recommended it to a British company and the CFO was very impressed with it) as it allows receipts to be used in most currency. For the last 10 years I have been trying different receipt Apps and gave them all away. Too complicated, expensive, painful to use etc. After inputting over 100 receipts and having used over a month the trial is over and I could not recommend it more highly. You place a receipt on a table, it automatically identifies the area to photo (you don't even need to line the receipt up precisely) and captures all the information. You create your folders/accounts (ie. Personal, Business, Project Name) and it goes into the folder with the Supplier/Date/Amount/GST/Category as well as a section for notes. You can then email a report to yourself or accounts department as a report which can be as an Excel, PDF, Image Folder, CSV, Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks. It is in your inbox within 10 seconds. Best of all it includes a link for the copy of the original receipt. I used Crunchr to send a sample financial report to a large Government Department (who are required to be fastidious) and the accounts person responded "I think this is excellent". And the biggest surprise was when I made in inquiry to Customer Supporter I received a personal email three minutes later! Could not recommend it more highly. And well worth the price which is around $70 AUD a year.

Why didn’t I find this sooner
Downloaded the trial. Like the app so much I didn’t buy the company but bought the app😁 User friendly interface together with excellent Australian based support team. Any issues I encountered were resolved quickly. All this and more at an affordable annual subscription. What more could you ask for?

Finally an app which has the basics I need!
Been searching for a while for a cost friendly app which makes it easy to track my business card expenses. It’s easy to use and customise and the export facility makes my accountant oh so happy!

Crunchr has simplified my book keeping processes for Hubby’s plumbing business so much! Access between my phone and laptop mean I can do the work as soon as a receipt or an emailed invoice come in and the second it gets paid. I have no more back log and at the end of the quarter I export a spread sheet and do my own quick account reconciliations.
When I’ve had little syncing issues, support looked into it and within a day diagnosed my issue (needed to up date app). Then when I accidentally deleted a category without reading the fine print, support restored it for me within a day!!! Love the app and recommend it as often as I can 🤩🤩

Pretty good so far
I’m finding this app fairly useful so far. It’s quick and easy to add information, except for one feature: if I take a screenshot on my iPhone, I can’t send it directly to Crunchr. I have to save the photo first, then find it in my gallery, and only then can I send it to Crunchr. This process is becoming tiresome, and I don’t want to store these photos on my phone.

I gave this app a try after testing some others out there.
It's character recognition capabilities is much more powerful than the others. It's faster at processing them as well.
Exporting the data collected along with receipt's to an inbox is gold.
Didn't work on my iPhone at first but then the app support team fixed my issues on a Saturday morning, what service!!!!
Can't stress enough on how valuable after sales support is !!!
Give it a whirl you'll love it, I did.
