Doesn’t work
I’ve emailed them twice with no response. Nothing loads and it won’t track anything even though I’m super active. Was so excited for this app and it’s super disappointing.
Can’t find account
I joined through my Crunch but this app still says it can’t find my account.
Locked out!?!
Was going good until a few months ago when I was logged out and when I tried to log back in, it says I’m “locked out”. Tried to update password but still same error. SMH
Wont let me register
I just joined a week ago at Crunch and the app keeps saying I am not in the system but I am in the main Crunch fitness app. Kinda frustrating…
Account locked for no reason
I joined Crunch and started using the app. After a week of using it and earning a $9 reward, I was locked out. Now I can’t sign into my CrunchTime app – it says my account is locked. What’s going on?!
Used the app for a week, but got locked out for no reason
I rejoined Crunch Gym to get back in shape, and this app offer motivated me by allowing me to earn some extra cash while working out. After making $9, I suddenly couldn’t log in to my account – it said I was locked out. Not sure why this happened. Can someone help?
Account Locked
Says my account is locked even though I never typed my password in incorrectly. Also not giving me appropriate next steps to fix this

When I try to login the app says “ looks like this is the incorrect username or
password” (even though I can log into the regular crunch app) & directs me towards using my info to find my account - when I enter my name & DOB I get the message that it’s “unable to find my information in our system”.

Account locked
My account was signed out by itself and now it’s locked. Is there anyway to recover it?
I sent an Email to the support Email address but came back with the link of how to download and use the app.
Is there any real customer support to solve this issue??

Keeps saying this account is locked without offering any solutions to resolve it.
Super buggy app and doesn’t track correctly a lot
Have had to install and reinstall sometimes to accurately track data. Doesn’t always track and transfer data correctly and then you won’t get your reward (even if you contact the customer service folks with screenshots they won’t award you the weekly reward even tho u hit the target). Kinda frustrating.

Can’t Register
Every time I try to register, I get an error message stating that the app is having a problem connecting to the server. I’ve tried this at different times for two day. I’ve tried it on different Wifi networks and my data plan. My phone has plenty of storage as well. Please advise. Thanks.
Repeated error tvg-602
The app gives me the same error message for days now when I try to set up an account. “tvg-602” the managers at my local crunch have been unhelpful and not knowledgeable about this program.
won’t connect to server
I can’t log into this app because I get a message saying it won’t connect to server. tvg-602. i’ve tried about 10 times with no luck.
Won’t let me login
I use the same credentials and login info as my crunch website account and it will not let me login saying user is not found.

I would love to use the app but it Won’t allow me to sign in — just says can’t connect to the server for days.
Doesn’t Work
Says I don’t have an account but I can log into everything else just fine. And ensured everything was spelled correctly on my account, still nothing. It’s a cool concept and I’d use it if it would work.
