Love the app just wish they had more English dubs, there are a few series that i would like to watch but won’t as they are sub not dubbed, I want to watch the show not read it

Was loving the App
I’ve been using this app for years using my iPad Air Pro and it was a night time ritual to watch some anime in bed before I went to sleep.
Unfortunately the latest update which is required, needs IOS 17 +, this is an issue for older hardware at the end of its update life since I can no longer access the app. It would be great if the devs could make a legacy version or something. Anyways I’ll miss the good times.

I LOVE Crunchyroll, but..
I love this app but I don’t know if my subscription expired but I tried rewatching an anime I watched before like not too long ago but when I come to watch, it says “Check back soon!” Like I watched this already on Crunchyroll and it didn’t say that before but now it does?! Please fix this! I don’t know if it’s just me.

Doesn’t work even with the £60 subscription
I literally can’t watch anything even though my WiFi and phone is fine this app is terrible and not even got dub for episodes that dub is already out for

With the news of the store closing to standard subscribers, even those who have been subscribed for close to 10 years, the god awful prices on there, and the refusal to renew licenses on a great deal of beloved anime, AND the fact that they’re owned by Sony, I will be unsubscribing and pirating in the future. You want a service that cares, use HiDive.

Been using this for awhile and one thing that still irks me is how logging in on one device will cause other devices to log out. I’m miffed that the plan is for Multiple device support to watch from but severely lacks when it matters

Don’t bother if your not willing to pay
Downloaded this app in 2020 and you could at least watch 1 season of any anime with ads, redownloaded this year and the app is basically unusable if your not a premium user or not wanting to pay, can’t even get a free trial anymore

could you make it as a preference to not show ratings? just bc it kind of already influences how i might think of the show when i don’t want it to, i’d rather go in blindly but that’s just me.

Honestly, still paid to win, like you need to pay for literally every single anime.. and honestly, I found way more other apps and websites that are free to watch and they’re way better than Crunchyroll! I also believe that they have almost every single anime out there while Crunchyroll is literally paid and doesn’t even have so many anime… it’s honestly a waste to pay for this app because there are so many gems out there and we should be supporting them instead! Crunchyroll is just overrated, feel bad for y’all paying for this!

Can you put English dubbed in all the anime that have it…? Why shut down all the sites if you’re just going to be slow on releases and then not even make it in English. I can understand why you shut them down but at least charge them instead of shutting them down completely😠
