Customer service

Useless customer service that has a 50% chance of ever responding back to you. Constant problems with subscriptions too.

Was loving the App

I’ve been using this app for years using my iPad Air Pro and it was a night time ritual to watch some anime in bed before I went to sleep.

Unfortunately the latest update which is required, needs IOS 17 +, this is an issue for older hardware at the end of its update life since I can no longer access the app. It would be great if the devs could make a legacy version or something. Anyways I’ll miss the good times.

I love this app but I don’t know if my subscription expired but I tried rewatching an anime I watched before like not too long ago but when I come to watch, it says “Check back soon!” Like I watched this already on Crunchyroll and it didn’t say that before but now it does?! Please fix this! I don’t know if it’s just me.

Doesn’t work even with the £60 subscription

I literally can’t watch anything even though my WiFi and phone is fine this app is terrible and not even got dub for episodes that dub is already out for
