Crushed Red App is Amazing!!

No matter what items I choose when I try to order it says “some of the items are not available” but won’t tell me what. Very bad user experience, don’t waste your time with the app.
Staff is confused and don’t care about CR Rewards App
Every time that I, or my wife, have eaten at Crushed Red in the last year it seems to be a struggle to get Rewards credit for our purchased meals.
Sometimes it seems like we are the only people that look for Rewards credit for our meals.
My wife has coordinated gatherings of ladies many times at CR, and those ladies have also been very frustrated with the ability to track credit using the old as well as the new system.
We have probably personally not gotten credit for over $400 of meal purchases.
If you don’t get credit at the time of payment, you have NO avenue to get credit later like other restaurant’s apps.
So every time when you are standing at the register and the person ringing you up doesn’t know how to scan you QR code, and it becomes like a Fire Drill to get a manager or knowing person to scan you for credit and you are looking back at the people waiting in line to pay. People wanting to hurry up and eat and get back to work. They are giving you looks and the register person doesn’t have a clue, and if you are like my wife, you say “Forget It”. But the next time it is the same way.
Last week it took 15 minutes for us to get a person that knew how to scan for credit. My wife keep saying just forget it, but I refused. I don’t know if I will be back.

Hard to customize 14” pizzas
Not all menu items on the app. Would have liked to have added pineapple to pizza, but no option to do so. No good way to order a 14” make your own pizza- no options for cheese, sauce, etc.
This app works ok for paying in the store, but it’s my first and last time ordering to go.

Level Up Charges
Be careful, Level Up (payment and points) will automatically attach your method of payment to other Level Up apps. My work credit card was used at Crushed Red. Level Up automatically attached it to my Smoothie King app. When scanning my Smoothie King app for points, it charged my work card. This could have potential caused major problems. I was able to get the Smoothie King clerk to refund my card however this feature needs to be disabled. I do not automatically want to use any credit card with ALL of the Level Up apps.

My award was totally skipped and it started me over! As much as I love their food, I won’t be returning.
Crushed Red
I have diverticulitis and Crushed Red is the only place I can eat a healthy delicious salad because the awesome employees take the time to chop my food small enough for me to digest! Everything is fresh and the presentation is marvelous!
Anytime I try to order, fails
Used to be my go-to for lunch, but always get a network error trying to order now. All other apps work fine. Happens on WiFi or lte

My order was not placed. The app doesn’t work!
Needs more flexibility
There’s no way to add a note to your order.
App reward feature
The app automatically deducts your points/rewards if you have any available. I did not want the points to be deducted as I wanted to save them for another visit. There should be an option for this feature. This really is a downside to the app as previously I was able to save my points for later.
