Can’t imagine a workout without CRUx!

I take the workouts with me to the gym and love that I can refer to the how to movements in real time with my customized workout program. I’m seeing results I haven’t seen before in my body! Plus when I’m too busy to make it to the gym I love the classes - particularly Alysha’s Ryde cycle class!

Alysha is so passionate about women feeling 10000% comfortable in their own skin. She is an expert in pre and post partum exercise and pelvic floor strengthening and KNOWS HER STUFF!
