About

See where your effort went, track your progress and plan your next big ride. Crux brings cycling analysis, training trends and race planning together on your iPhone. From weekday rides to long gravel events, turn the data from your cycling computer into something you can use. UNDERSTAND YOUR RIDES Explore power, heart rate, elevation, cadence and climbs in interactive charts. Review training load, compare repeated intervals lap by lap and log how the ride felt. With sufficient power data, W′ balance estimates how your reserve for hard efforts was used and recovered. PLAN YOUR NEXT EVENT Import a GPX course, choose your bike and surface, and estimate ride and climb times. Build an hour-by-hour fuelling and hydration plan around your bottles, food, refill stops and bag drops. Check carbohydrate intake, gaps between refills and what to pack. Save a separate setup for each course and count down to race day. FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS Track power records, heart-rate zones, fitness, fatigue and form. See your FTP estimate and the ride efforts behind it. Compare your fresh power with what you can produce deep into a long ride. KEEP YOUR CLIMB HISTORY Palmarès brings every attempt on the same climb together, names each climb from the map and shows where it is on your route. Follow your personal records, see how your times change, and rename any climb to what the locals call it. LOOK AFTER YOUR BIKE Keep bike kilometres, service history and maintenance reminders in one place. Compare gearing and calculate tyre pressure, speed at cadence and estimated climbing times for your setup. SHARE THE RIDE Place ride stats over your own photo and share the result with your riding mates or on your story. BRING YOUR RIDES WITH YOU Connect intervals.icu once and rides from Garmin, Wahoo, Zwift, Hammerhead, COROS and more arrive automatically, including your last five years of rides on first connect. You can also connect Wahoo directly, or import FIT files and ZIP archives. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No Crux account required. Ride analysis works offline. Crux processes your ride data on your device and never uploads your rides, training data or bike details. To name climbs, it looks up points on each climb with Apple Maps. No advertising or cross-app tracking. Import your first ride and get to know it better.

What's New in Crux Cycling

1.0.6

September 28, 2026

Version 1.0.6 names your climbs and shows you exactly where they are. A NAME FOR EVERY CLIMB Climbs in your palmarès now get a name from the map, such as "Folly Rd · Nannup", based on the road the climb follows. Names you've given climbs yourself are kept, and you can rename or clear any suggestion. Only points on the climb are looked up; Crux never reads your location. SEE WHERE EACH CLIMB IS Each climb's page opens with a map of the ride, the climb highlighted and how far into the ride it starts. On a ride's climbs or a course, tap "View on chart" to highlight the climb on the map as well. CLIMB CARDS WITH NAMES A ride's climb cards now show the climb's name instead of "Climb 1", with your standing on that climb underneath. ALSO IMPROVED Day labels on the ride activity grid, Power, Intensity and Load spelled out on the share card, and a clearer "Weighted" option on the power curve.
