Fix this interface!
The puzzles are fine but oh my god this interface is terrible. I have a keyboard on my phone — I don’t need that stupid ancient flip-phone keyboard that the app uses. I also don’t need the introduction screen every time I open the app either. I KNOW what cryptics are. Give me the option to turn that off, for goodness sake. Fix these things and maybe you’d have an app worth using, but for now there are better cryptic crossword apps out there.

9 button keyboard really?
This interface is pretty and might look great on a flip phone. But a number style keyboard for letters? And the color scheme has no contrast making it difficult to see.
Back up again on ios9 - fantastic !
This is an addictive app, supplying quality cryptic crosswords to one who is hungry for that breed of puzzle. Love the customer service too, having fixed an annoying ios9-related issue that was causing it to crash. Thank you!

So imagine my🍋chagrin & unease this a.m. when I went to play my daily games --and the app wouldn't stay open, not even long enough to open the puzzles!!
I am beyond😾irritated. Pulling-my-hair-out anxious. Horrible.
📌🌀Please remedy this situation ASAP (i.e. IMMEDIATELY and I'll take down this one-star neg review & get back to the 5-star glowing positive like b4.
BTW, I tested all of your puzzle apps, @ sure enough, they all💔refused to stay open.
I💰pay for the cryptics monthly --rather than cancel my💸payment & close my acct., I'd MUCH rather see an IOS-9 update for my iPad.
Please please please do something as soon as is humanly possible.

Disappointing
I like cryptic crossword puzzles and this app has a nice enough look and feel however.....
I can understand paying for additional puzzles, but charging to get hints, to check for errors, to solve the puzzle is ridiculous. Save your money. There are better apps out there that won't pick your pocketbook.
