Good game spilled by ads
Good brain game, however the amount of ads there are is ridiculous, there are also levels that are impossible without the use of a hint, you have to watch an ad to get a free one! Not a great practice from the devs! Less ads please!
Too many issues
I like this app but there are too many issues. Frequently closes itself and very slow.
Event levels
This game is no longer fun due to the event levels being ridiculously long. There’s 100 levels every couple of weeks and most of the levels are taking over 10 minutes and up to to 25 minutes to finish. That is way too difficult and time consuming. Many people I know of have quit playing because of it. Let’s go back to make them fun and easy, like the Nursery Rhyme event. Thank you!!

Good Game But So Frustrating
AVOID This is a great game to play but you need the patience of a saint to deal with the bugs. If you play online then the adverts are longer than the game and it interrupts your play with an ad break. If you play offline then the app keeps closing and frequently makes you replay the last puzzle - that’s if it actually loads the game in the first place. My patience is running out.

Burning up my IPad
This app is literally burning up my IPad. My iPad gets SO hot while playing it I have to turn it off. REMOVING IT PERMANENTLY.!!!
Why am I getting ads?
Why after paying for the game I’m still getting adverts that last up to a minute to run? You need to make it clear at purchase that adverts will still be included. This is unfair on customers who have bought the game in good faith expecting it to be as free. The ads are far too long and unnecessary, very disappointing purchase. But you’re admitting publicly that paying for the game doesn’t stop the ads? What a bizarre business model you’re not being transparent at purchase and others have left reviews with the same criticisms.

Too many ads
I had to delete it. Way too many ads, I get having it after a puzzle. But to have an ad displayed, then force you to watch an ad before a puzzle, force you watch an ad in the middle of the puzzle (which disrupts your concentration) and another forced ad after the puzzle is way to much. It’s just riddled with ads now, and it has made a fun little game to wind down to a predatory ad watcher

Ad free option not really ad free
Initially after enjoying the game buying the ad free option in-game to avoid having ads thrown at me constantly I now have ad every time I select a new puzzle. It feels very bad choosing to pay for something I’m not even getting. It’s annoying to have the same ad repeatedly when reviving or getting a hint but it’s understandable. But now it feels like I wasted my money.

Ad freezes

Used to be fun but now there is so many ads it makes you watch them as soon as you open the app.
Fun, but too many ads. Not worth the money to remove ads.
After you pass a few levels there is an ad when you beat a level. Later, you get ads in-game if you don’t beat the level fast enough (distracting you from memorized codes, an extra difficulty modification). At this point, when you open the game fresh and start a level, you get an advertisement before you can even play. This doesn’t add to the experience, and there is nothing of value provided to the consumer before the ad is run.
When I learned I had to watch an advertisement to even start a game, I deleted the app.
Rated 2 stars because it is fun and challenging, the exceedingly frequent ads ruin the experience. Too bad, I’m sure something similar isn’t as egregious.

Ads freezing
What’s going on! For the last few weeks the ads freeze and then it drops all of the work that is being worked on. Very frustrating. Not only loose the points having to restart the puzzle. I’ve started the same puzzle four times already

The game is fine but the ads are a nightmare. They happen too frequently and now a recent development is that they lock you out of the game preventing further play, with no way to get back into the game.
Constant frozen screen
I have a constant frozen screen on the start of a game, and therefore unable to play for 4 weeks. Unable to notify anyone to get assistance. Given up trying to play.
Game stays in Ad and can’t play -Updated
Enjoyed the game but now total frustration as stuck in ad . There isn’t a way to get out. Consulted with Joyactive and still not resolved. Certainly tests your ability to figure words and letters.

Timer Letters Ruined it
I love this game but I HATE the timer levels! Please get rid of them 😭 I bought the ad free version I love it so much
