Too many ad’s
And, yes I do understand the ad’s are how the folks who produce this app make money, but the more I am bombarded with the same stupid ad that I have already indicated I am not interested in, the less likely I am to ever purchase from it.
La peor app
ADS!!!
Nice but SO MANY ads
Solution to the Inappropriate puzzle
I sent another email on Aug 12th to support asking for help with Level 607. They responded that same day, but I didn’t find their message until today. A huge THANK YOU to whoever “Nana” is on their team because they replied with a really kind apology and directions to enter a personal Promo Code that automatically moved my progress to Level 608.
It’s a huge relief to finally be able to participate in more than the daily puzzles!

Update (March 27, 2026):
I’ve given up on trying to get help with the inappropriate puzzle Level 607. I’ve attempted to start multiple in-app chats and sent emails. Their responses were sporadic at best, but since they removed the in-app chat, the last email communication I received from them was on December 10, 2025 saying, “You’re in good hands and we’ll do our best to make things right.”
I’m about to run their most recent app update, so maybe something has finally been done. I doubt it.

I’ve tried getting a resolution to this via support in the app settings with no response. I came across a puzzle that is completely inappropriate (names an erotic peep show) for an app that doesn’t have a mature rating. I accessed it through the button underneath the brain IQ/game summary animation. I refuse to finish the puzzle and now apparently I’m stuck with it. I don’t want to know the name of it. Just knowing that it exists makes me ill, and this game is the only reason why I know it exists. There isn’t currently a way to skip a puzzle that I’m aware of. That was part of the messages I sent to support, but I haven’t gotten a response after first contacting them on May 24, 2025 (today is June 5, 2025).
If the only way to clear the puzzle without solving it is by deleting the app and then downloading it again, there is still a chance that I’ll get that same puzzle again. So really, at this point, my only option is to just delete it unless I can be given some direction by support.

Ugh- Will Likely Delete
Will look for a more user-friendly game similar.
Ads ruin the game
Battery gets warm
Cryptogram:Word Brain Puzzle
Completely ruined the special games
Replacing standard logic solving with this absurd card-deck mechanic was a massive mistake. Instead of letting you use your brain to solve the puzzle, you're forced to sit there endlessly sifting through a stack of letters. Even when I already know what the word is, I can't just type it in. I have to draw cards and wait until the game decides to hand me an "E."
It strips away all the fun and replaces it with pure artificial friction. It’s annoying, it wastes my time, and it completely ruins what used to be my favorite part of the game. Revert this change!
I like this game BUT
Ads are the worst!
Too many adds
I understand that ads are part of free games, but when they interfere this much with the actual gameplay, it takes away the enjoyment. Ultimately, I decided to delete the game from my phone.
Don't pay for no ads
I want a refund.
Over the ads
Completely sacrificing user experience for ad revenue
I completely understand that developers need advertising revenue to fund and support a free app. There’s nothing wrong with ads in moderation. But there has to be a limit, and this game goes so far beyond that limit that it genuinely ruins what would otherwise be a fun experience.
Open the app? Ad.
Click play? Ad.
Start playing? Ad
Taking too long in the game? Ad.
Win? Ad.
Lose? Ad.
Next level? You guessed it… another Ad.
At some point, I stopped feeling like I was playing a game with ads and started feeling like I was watching ads with a game occasionally interrupting them.
The unfortunate part is that I actually enjoy the game. I would have continued playing it and even would of paid the $4.99 for the ad free experience, but I’m having serious doubts that it will actually be “ad free” considering how much you already get. Because of that I am deciding to discontinue playing the game since I cannot enjoy it enough to want to buy it.
Developers absolutely deserve to make money from their work, but there’s a difference between monetizing a game and completely sacrificing the user experience for ad revenue. This feels like the latter, and it’s disappointing to see a genuinely enjoyable game buried underneath such aggressive monetization.
