Poblems with Fredem from apps to mining

The wallet, even though on Redeem from Eagle Network>> Mining Egon-Inu Token (ENU) and on Eagle Cloud App>> Mining Catapult Token (CPT) I have provided the correct addresses from my wallet, it rejects correctly executed transactions and also in Token mining applications it appears that the tokens were successfully transferred but never appeared in the wallet. I'm not sure if this is due to technical errors in these three interconnected applications or some other reason.
