Davvero utile ma l’assistenza è pessima
Ne avevo parlato molto bene (effettivamente l’app è molto utile e consente di acquistare velocemente un ampia gamma di buoni) ma purtroppo la pessima assistenza macchia in maniera piuttosto negativa l’esperienza. Infatti, può capitare a volte che il loro sistema di consegna automatica non funziona e i buoni non vengono consegnati oppure arrivano non validi (successo 3 volte su una 20ina acquistati) ma i soldi vengono addebitati ugualmente. L’assistenza risolve, ma dopo giorni di attesa, creando nel mio caso non pochi problemi (sono contattabili solo tramite email)
La prima volta mi è capitato con dei buoni del supermercato, in quel momento non avevo la possibilità di pagare in altri modi, e non ho potuto fare la spesa. Mi sono stati mandati dei buoni validi dopo 3 giorni. La seconda volta con Amazon, ho perso la possibilità di acquistare un articolo che in quel momento era in offerta e con pochissime disponibilità…
Visto che il sistema a volte presenta questi problemi, gli sviluppatori dovrebbero fare in modo che se la consegna fallisce i soldi vengano rimborsati automaticamente. E sicuramente migliorare l’assistenza, rispondendo in tempi più brevi e magari inserendo nell’app una chat istantanea

Ensure to refund customers it’s a fraudulent act
I sent $85 which I initially applied for and your customer service insisted the balance was insufficient another $8 was sent to make that up and until now nothing after 72hrs and more l haven’t received my itunes . Kindly send the product or refund my crypto . This happens often times and it’s a total fraudulent act .

This app is definitely worth it for novice bitcoin users
Bitcoin is starting to get a lot more popular and with that comes more transactions. This app has helped me with three so far, and they’ve all been quick, easy, and no hassle. Because of how much gift cards cost, the fluctuation in bitcoin price as well help someone be able to afford some of these gift cards.
