UPDATE: It is obvious that the developers have stopped supporting this app. There have been no new levels or bug fixes for the past three years. Lots of problems and very unstable.
Fun game but constantly crashes when ads play. Then you lose your rewards. Plus once you reach a certain level that’s it. There won’t be any more. I’ve waited years and no more. You can play stages but no rewards and very glitchy.

Can’t buy ads
Game is fun but when you try to remove ads, the lowest price options won’t allow you to purchase..only the higher priced options.
Stole money
I purchased coins, and did not get applied to my account, though money taken from my bank. Contact customer service via email, no answer. Trash game.

Let me start by saying this is a fun game, however, when you have to watch an ad after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL is absurd. I even bought coins that said NO ADS and still had to deal with them. . Don’t waste your time with a game that can’t even be honest as there are plenty more out there

This is a fun, easy game. I’ve hit level 2010 and now in Stages. Did the game end and a new one started? It’s been fun until now.

Unresponsive to purchases
I have purchased two ad free packages or about $24.00. The money came out of my account but I have never received these packages. What’s the problem here? Please refund or give my my moneys worth.
To many ads
The game itself I like however after every other play you have to sit through 5 minutes of ads. Don’t see any buy out for no ads either. Disappointing.
No adds purchase is a joke.
I paid $4.99 for coins that said I would not see adds anymore. And right after that I got NO coins and now have to watch commercials ! THAT IS A FRAUD AND A RIP OFF

Game is very good but the Royal Match Ads are too long especially when they have the men introducing the game.

Cheating Fun
This game is fun up to a point. (Level 12 is when it goes down hill.) I play many match 3 games and have 3 that I play regularly, in the 6,000’s levels. This one CHEATS and those who know that feeling know what I mean. You plan, have a strategy going, a vision, and wham! the color chrystal you KNEW was going to drop and be there doesn’t! Then NOTHING around your plan comes true! I hate cheaters! I played the many ads when NOT needed. I HAD to see ads when I DID need them (but those given were stupid and unusable!) You cheated! Did I say I hate cheaters! Graphics are pretty, tables are creative, bonus’ are great - BUT ONLY IF YOU CAN USE THEM which is rarely the case!
To the developers: If you want people to play, like your game, keep playing your game, AND put up with your LONG ads, then make it possible to win and give us incentives for continuing to play. We like the feeling of winning, we hate the feeling of losing. I don’t see your logic!? Let me win/have more fun/do more levels! People don’t play LOSING games! They like to win! Duh! Winners!
