Data never updated
Points never updated forever, no idea how many points or dollars u have and all data is inaccurate. Defeats the point of even having this app and turns customers away
Faulty sign up
Does not work. Not able to go past OTP. I keyed in the number received from the OTP but its stuck. The staff in restaurant not able to help as well.
Lost point value without warning
I have been a member for many years. This year my membership ended and they removed my points without warning. Very scammy.
App does load my profile
App is very buggy. Can’t load profile to sign up or renew membership. Took a good 15 mins and still does not load. Waited forever and gave up.

The old versions had a lot of bugs… always need to log in and log in again. This new one, even worse, keep saying member not found, no way to log in
Lousy Apps
Went to the restaurant. Was told there is 15%discount of total bill if join as member which has to be registered with this Apps. But it didn’t work. OTP don’t work so they say no discount entitled. After ordering generously to enjoy the discount but in the end has to pay full price. What a scam.

Complete rubbish and a waste of time to setup. After 2 fresh downloads, the OTP still cannot be generated.
Buggy app
Keep logging out my profile automatically. I can’t really remember the password so I have to use forgot password, but they never send you the reset password email even though the system claimed it did. You will still receive the email after a few hours or days, but by the time you get it you already left crystal jade. Stupid af

Auto brightness!
Please remove it!
Most user unfriendly app ever
Why set screen to maximum brightness? Only app that does that to be scanned. The font, design and user experience is kindergarten level.
Bug when signing up
The app is closed when I enter the one time phone pin. Signing up is always unsuccessful.
Zero Stars but option not available
I have never written any reviews for any of the app that I have downloaded as I feel it is a waste of time. But I am forced to write this review to save other people their precious time. This app takes so long to load. I wasted a lot of time trying to sign up after download. It took ages for each page to load. I wasted a solid 10 minutes and then gave up!!!

Cannot sign in anymore
The app seems to have lost my sign in info and automatically logged me out. Now I cannot log in anymore, even after upgrading. What gives?!
Cannot login the app
Crystal Jade please fix the problem. I can’t log in to the app at all. When I press login, it will automatically kick me out of the app, which makes me unable to collect points after I ate at CJ. Please do something about it.

Worst application
This is the first I see where application actually manipulated my screen brightness. It is so annoying. I should be the one controlling the brightness level, not the application. It’s hurting my eyes every time this happened. Please remove the feature.

Apparently the new update isn’t reflected. So I can’t access to app. I only can login via website instead
