Audio doesn’t work
When I’ve logged in and tap live commentary, it doesn’t work. I’ve restarted my phone several times times and uninstalled, reinstalled the app several times. Audio has failed in this app.
Terrible app
Who wants an app of the worst club in the league. They are all so bad if sold my season ticket
Impossible to buy tickets
Been a Palace fan for years. Every week I desperately try to get tickets for my son and I. The app is terrible, slow, crashes, logs you out constantly. On the rare occasions I managed to select seats and have some hope it crashes at the basket and lets me down. We just want to watch the Palace play why is it so hard.

A Very Solid App For Crystal Palace Football Club & Fans!
Great way to keep up with the Live Football League Scores especially for scores related to the Premier League. Overall as a Loyal Crystal Palace Fan they have made here a brilliant well made working app with lots of ways to stay and keep yourself engaged and entertained. Many Thanks for this brilliant app! I JUST WANTED TO LISTEN TO THE UTD GAME
IM A CHELSEA FAN AND RN THERE IS A GAME VS MAN UTD AND IF UTD WIN THEY PASS US IN THE TABLE AND FOR SOME REASON WHEN I TRIED TO LISTEN LIVE IT MADE ME MAKE AN ACCOUNT AND IT TOOK LIKE 20 MINUTES BC IT WANTED A PASSWORD WITH A SPECIAL CHARACTER, NUMBER, AND LOWERCASE AND UPPERCASE LETTER AND THEN MADE ME ENTER MY NAMR, GENDER, COUNTRY, ADRESS, POSTCODE, AND THEN MADE ME SIGN IN, AND THEN WHEN I FINALLY GOT SIGNED IN, IT SAID I NEEDED A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE CRYSTAL PALACE APP???? WHY IS IT SO HARD TO JUST LISTEN TO THE GAME

The best football app out there
Can’t buy ticket
I can’t buy a ticket from this app despite there is free places. I’m coming to London especially to see palace and this app doesn’t work good
Cannot purchase membership
Had this problem last year. 12 months later still not fixed. It is impossible to purchase membership via the app because it doesn’t recognise my age even though my DOB is shown on my profile. Also cannot create a ticketing account via the app. Completely pointless, have to use the website or phone the box office every time.

Great app
This app is the best for keeping up with scores, signings and much more. I’m a big palace fan and If I could I way old rate it a 10/10! 🦅🔴🔵
Please make the pictures bigger!
I would give the app 5 out 5 but I only gave it 3, reason being I would like to be able to turn my phone or tablet to landscape and have the pictures automatically become a bigger size! Other than that it’s a great app
Better & Better
App has significantly improved in layout and content over last 18 months. Could be a bit slicker for iPad but otherwise a good experience.
Bugs, everywhere bugs
This app clearly didn’t go through UAT. It’s fine as a marketing tool, but pretty useless from a user perspective.
Notification Settings Do Not work
Push notifications still send despite turning them off in-app.
Disappointing Update
CPFC have up dated their app. Does not work on my phone as it’s an iPhone 5 and does not meet the requirements for the new app.
SOOOO long to load 🥱!
The old Palace app. loaded immediately and news items were ready to be read.
This updated app. takes soooo long to load that I just give up, swipe the app. away and do something more productive.

New look is much better. Video player needs work.
UI is much nicer than before, but the video player lets it down. Considering the live matches are a paid for add on I was expecting a lot more functionality.
Things missing:
- can’t scrub forwards or backwards for non-live videos
- can’t cast videos to watch on tv (so have to watch on phone)
- video will pause wherever you click, should be a control either just in the centre of the video or bottom left
- Picture in Picture works when backgrounding the app but can’t be used in the app - so can’t use the rest of the app when watching a video

Not working properly
Until recently i would have rated higher but its stopped updating properly. No new arricles since end of june and the photos have gone just article text is displayed.
Tried reinstalling but no different. Apparently needs ios 13 but loads of smart phones dont have this option. You need to fix this so it works woth lower versions of ios.
