refund for CH? got single plugin then saw bundle

hello Eventide,

how are y’all?
I bought the crystal harmonizer then clicked on other apps y’all sell & saw the bundle & bought that to get your other amazing plugins for just $5 more - would it be possible to get a refund for the single crystal harmonizer purchase?

would be much appreciated.

Hi, Apple credits customers for apps they've already purchased within a bundle. So, the cost of Crystals should have been credited in the price you paid for the bundle.

Very nice when you want some crazy sparkle or something that sounds nothing like the instrument you’re filtering. For appreciators of the non-essential freak out plug in. It’s not a must have but once you got it, you’ll want to use it a lot.

Can barely use it

When i open it as a plug-in it’s just a black screen.

Sounds fine, but crashes a lot.

When it works it’s fine, but frequent crashes make it unusable.

Eventide Quality

I have used eventide hardware in my live set up for years, never thought that I would be getting it on an iPad. This sounds absolutely amazing, lush and warm.Remember, you can do three things, and you don’t necessarily have to do them all at the same time. Yes, it makes a great shimmering special effect, but you can also use it for more simple tasks like just pitch shifting a voice, or putting a bit of that reverse reverb/delay tail on a melodic instrument. Versatile and useful in many way, I use it in Audiobus, standalone, and Auria, functionality is fine.

The app is fantastic as USUAL with you guys. Thank you so much for the super quality!

One thing though:

The ribbon controller on this one isn’t working, the ranges can not be set. You can try it out and you’ll see that attempting to modify the ranges in the same way it is done in pretty much all of your apps simply doesn’t affect Crystals’s ranges, those are simply un-settable right now.

Hey, thanks for the report. We have a fix for this and it will be released shortly.

UPDATED - 5 stars, it works - deleted n re-downloaded.

So I previously found this problematic, could only get toots and beeps, it seems Sky wifi hub was permitting apps to download but they were corrupted - hub now died, me on iphone tether, deleted Harmoniser and re-downloaded, and AU works in GarageBand, and standalone good too.

I will contact the developer direct to ‘un-complain’. Now it is working in a sensible way, some of the possibilities are already apparent, it obviously has some great augmentation for whatever input you send it.

My faulty wifi hub editing chunks out of an app that is being downloaded, I have never known such a thing! Patently nothing to do with Eventide, this was an obscure technical fault intermittent in nature, to do with broadband comms.

Keeps crashing in AUM

Love the app, sounds amazing, but having consistent issues with it crashing in AUM and having to be closed and reopened, sometimes multiple times a session.
