App doesn’t work
I’ve been a customer since 2002. I’ve tried multiple times to activate the app AND to login online. I’ve talked to tech support. Nothing works. I request an email for login help and it never arrives.

Needs updating
This app has a long way to go and they never fix it in updates. You can't use Face ID to log in, still, after years of "updates" as the app never saves the info, so I have to type in all of my info every single time just to log in. Also, allow us to get a log in code via text and not just email, as at times the code doesn't come via email. Make these changes and update your app so it doesn't feel like it's 2010. Behind the times for sure, the interface could use updating as well.

Biometric Login
Bio login has never worked. Makes me wonder what their API to my biometric data is actually doing on the backend.
