I keep getting notifications for scheduled maintenance. Yet the app doesn’t work when it’s supposed to. It’s so difficult to just access my account. Ridiculous! What’s the point of all the maintenance? You just made it impossible to trust you.

Thanks for releasing a useless new app.
Previous app was working fine. With the relaunch app stopped doing it’s basic stuffs like fund transfer. All I can see is some ghost text on every screen.

I have been unable to open this app for over 60 days. Every time I try to launch it, it either crashes immediately or stays stuck on the loading screen. I’ve tried uninstalling, clearing the cache, and updating my phone's OS, but nothing works. A banking app is a necessity, not a luxury. If I can't manage my accounts on the go, there is no reason to stay with this bank. Please fix this immediately.

Don’t open accounts in this bank if you’re non resident Indian.
Very bad service, application is full of bugs, because-of the bugs am not able to do any transactions, I have contacted the bank employees multiple times they are not able to solve the problem. If you are going to abroad, before that if you saw my review am requesting you to take another account in FEDERAL BANK or in HDFC please, otherwise you will suffer for sure.

Still Not Up to the Mark After the Latest Update
Even after the latest update, the app still doesn’t perform up to the mark. I was expecting better stability and improved features, but the issues remain unresolved. The user experience hasn’t improved much, and it still feels laggy and unresponsive at times. The developers really need to focus on optimizing performance and fixing the existing bugs before adding new features.

Not able to Use app
Not able to validate SIM using overseas mobile number registered with the bank / branch. Raised concerns with CS team. No response. Very frustrating experience being an NRI customer.
Not usable overseas
This app is useless. I am unable to use this overseas where I live. I get the authentication message etc but then it says my phone number is not linked to this account, I have complained numerous times to CSB without luck. Surprisingly the previous app was working for fine for me.
Worst app
I am using this on iphone and is having loading issues and takes a very long time to load and sometimes it says error opening also. This is THE WORST app i have ever seen.
