Worst banking experience ever
Absolutely the worst banking experience I have ever had.
My account was suddenly frozen, and I was asked to submit multiple documents and transaction proofs. I provided everything they requested immediately, yet days passed without any meaningful response or resolution. Every follow-up resulted in the same generic replies like “under review” or “please wait.”
Keeping a customer’s money inaccessible without timely updates is completely unacceptable. The customer support is extremely slow, unhelpful, and shows no urgency in resolving genuine issues.
A bank is built on trust, but this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in both Jupiter and Federal Bank. If something goes wrong with your account, don’t expect prompt communication or efficient support.
I cannot recommend this service to anyone based on my experience. There are far better banking options available that value their customers and provide proper support when it actually matters.
