Got two skins so far, and most of my tasks tracked so far, confused on how I did a challenge to get five hands completed but it never counted the one hand completion in a solitaire game but other than that no complaints here, and some bugs are expected
coins reset
i was about half way to getting a knife a couple months ago when i was really into cs again and now i’m getting back into it and i remind myself of skin ape but it asked me to redownload it because of something stopping me from logging in so after a bit i finally got let back into my account and all my coins are reset and i even spent real money for some of those it was fun while i was first grinding to get a knife but now that i’m reset back to zero for some reason it just doesn’t seem as fun i might as well just buy the knife myself and save my time.

The app doesn’t pay the coins you get it almost never works and coins take forever to get
Dont bother
Once you pass the first few tasks they stop paying out for tasks and they wont help you so just dont bother. Sometimes spending money for the paid tasks doesnt pay out so make sure you recund every time.

Great idea, terrible execution
The concept of this app is excellent. But the support team completely ruins the experience.
I made a real money purchase specifically to complete a task within the deadline. The reward was never credited. When I contacted support, my reports were closed multiple times without resolution. Agents ignore evidence, give copy-paste responses and close tickets without any explanation.
Nobody is genuinely interested in helping users. Everything must be forced out of them. This is not support — this is negligence.
If you plan to make any purchases through this app, be warned — you will not be protected if something goes wrong.
The idea deserves much better people behind it.

Good app odd execution and not so great experience
I’m a current user of this app and I have multiple “offers” that wouldn’t even give me the rewards. I just recently completed a bigger rewarding challenge for one of my offers that had been working just for it not to reward me and support from playtime and SkinApe are both robots so it’s a game of back and forth with nobody that can help, so yeah👍🏻.

READ BEFORE INSTALLING
Imagine grinding 2 months for a knife just for you to be logged out and all 170k coins taken. Disappeared into thin air. Support is a cheap bot. Gets no where. Meanwhile getting scammed by the tasks they offer for over 10k coins. Complete challenge & supposedly wait 48hrs & then say either it’s something with tracking or the provider. Grind towards a challenge that is 20-30k coins & they will literally take entire app off the challenges. I thought it was a just bad timing until it happened 3 times. 3rd time I spent money in an app for 40k coins, wake up the next morning and it was gone. You will never see a knife in the recently bought tab.

It’s sometimes tedious but this is a great app. It is very well made and fun to use. It has its own crate system and it gives you pretty good stuff
Scam ?
It looked good, and it worked ( some tasks did not ) but I kind of expected that. However when it came to getting my skins traded to my account I got refused. I wanted my skins on a different account, and the support just kept asking questions until they find something they don’t like and they can refuse the trade. It shouldn’t work like that, imo, as I worked for my points I got the items and I just got refused. Too much work for little return, and that can be taken away from you unfairly.

All my coins reset
I when to click on the app to sus out some quiz and it said that it wouldn’t connect and to reset or uninstall and download it again so I did than logged back in and all my coin reset and idk how to get em back I had about 15k coins all that for nothing

Told me I had to uninstall and reinstall because it couldn’t log me in. I did that, and it told me log in. I did that, and it removed everything I had. I had about 10k coins that just got removed. Support did nothing. Genuine waste of time.
