This app has to go. It’s horrible. Everything about it is terrible. I don’t know who needs to finally acquiesce, but this app is a disservice. Cut your loses and get a new app.

Stupid app doesn’t lets me log in. I contacted the IT center and they help me switch my password but still did not let me log in. After probably trying 10 times it lets me log in.

Perfect app if you want to have a stroke :). It barely ever works and I hope one day it will get fixed.

I try to log in at time and it won’t let me have to login a few times then it works. Wish the barcode would stay up in order to return and get towels without having to log in and out many times a day.
