The app does not work. Literally every button is behind a paywall.
App does not work
Paid for the subscription and can’t use the app. 24 hours later, nothing. Email has been verified, still doesn’t work. Tried to refresh the account, nothing. Tried to contact support and it says the page doesn’t exist. Ive used this app a few years ago and enjoyed it. Now it feels like a scam.

You will subscribe to this service but won’t be able to use the app. They have no problem stealing your money.

Not easy to use
Wanted to sign up for our gym. Was easy to sign up, but couldn’t easily pull workout info online. Also missing a lot of simple programming like the daily strength or skill work from the website. Honestly just very disappointed. Site needs work.
Training portion resetting

I love your app, however lately it's been resetting to the 'mindset' section of the training section each time I save my results for a given piece of training. It's rather annoying, can this be looked into, please?

Very good app
Used the app for 3 months. I’m an intermediate athlete that really enjoyed the wods.
App had a recent change and you can only access the trainings via a 50$/month membership.

What happened to the Free track? I understand you want to cater to higher level CrossFit athletes with the Simplified tracks, but what about those of us that train just as hard with the Free track? You’re just going to cut us off like that?
What happened to the Free features?
I have used my free account on this app for well over a year. Now I can’t access anything because i can’t bypass the screen prompting me to upgrade to one of two new pro tracks. I tried deleting and reinstalling but it still only gives me the option to upgrade. I understand that a free account will have limited features but now to not have any access- why have a free track at all? I’ll be looking for a new training app.

Until it wasn’t. Paid for the Pro subscription but I still don’t have access to anything. Deleted and re-download and repeated.

Can’t
I’ve paid for Pro & yet app will not update to Pro. I’ve uninstalled & tried to refresh & nothing. It’s a lot of money for problems right off the bat.
Good programming, if the app works
Like many reviews here, the programming is good but the app is a nightmare. Second time it’s crashed on the new platform. Support didn’t respond to me the first. Frustrating they don’t seem to be actually making improvements to it when we are all paying and saying the same thing.
Went down hill
Used to be able to access a lot more on the free version. Now, they make you pay for everything. It’s truly a shame. Maintaining health and fitness shouldn’t require one to spend so much money. I guess I’ll keep programming my own workouts.
Pro features still not available 48 hours after subscription
Pro features still not available 48 hours after paying for the subscription… If I’m paying for a subscription, I should have immediate access to what I’m paying for. Especially an app like this that is meant to be used daily for fitness programming. I wanted to get started with the program the day I signed up. Don’t take people’s money if your app doesn’t work. The “support” within the app is a joke (basically just a FAQ). And when I emailed support directly, I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I tried immediately and informed them that this did not solve the issue. Still no reply to that email a day and a half later. If it were a free app, maybe I’d be willing to wait for a response. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Plenty of other apps at a similar or lower price point that have quality programming without the headaches.

No longer providing strength/accessory
SO DISAPPOINTED that I just read they’ll no longer post anything but a WOD. I absolutely love this programming more than any other I’ve followed in the past but I guess I’ll have to go back to something else.

Upgraded to CT pro on website and since upgrading the app hangs on setting up

Having to swipe or click back 5-7 times just to return to the main screen is bad design.
Logged scores and PRs aren’t to be seen unless you go back and swipe another hundred times.
Videos don’t show up on Galaxy 10.
Such a shame as it could be very good, currently not worth £5 let alone £40

Keeps logging me out
I log in and then a few days later I have to log in again. And this pattern continues…
