Horrible
Nightmare to try to use and learn. Touch controls are nearly inexistent, and even scheduling feels extremely disorganized.
Works pretty well for me
Not sure why so many people have issues with crashing, we have this on several iPads at our office and rarely have issues. I’m guessing most issues have to do with server setups and IT related issues.
Not great.
Inconsistent. Lack of options. Crashes all the time. These make the app basically useless for any doc trying to be timely and efficient. CT does a really great job with their marketing, but they need to start focusing on refining their software and apps; especially since everything is on subscription now.

What are they talking about?
I don’t normally write reviews for anything because I just don’t have the time or interest. When looking on the App store and I saw the ratings I was wondering why it’s so low. After reading some I was compelled to comment. I have had some minor issues but they have always solved them quickly with their remote support. We have 5 computers and 2 Ipads running all day for a couple years now. We have one location and a computer that is only used as a Chiro touch server, nothing else. The other 5 computers are the Ft. desk, work stations, etc. Here is my critique of the critics. One complaint about bold and italics in the notes that can’t be changed. When you actually print the notes the itallics/bold are not there. The notes look nice, it’s helps you differentiate between what is autofilled etc. Or the one about when leaving a patient note and having to scroll to find the Pt. again and him having to keep opening up patients to see if they have been completed. There’s a way to toggle between patient cards and a list which shows 10 patients at a time and if you completed everything in the checklist that you have specified when setting up it will read DONE, as well as waiting etc. This person has not worked with it much imo. My MACROS have never disappeared and the remote tech could have fixed it within 10 min. They have solved every problem I have had and done so quickly. I don’t find it laggy and am very impatient when it comes to tech. Don’t update your iOS until they tell you to, let them work out the bugs first. Never had it crash except when trying to change a charge after it has been billed out, then it crashes every time. Bottom line, there is a learning curve to it. If you use their Macros fine. But you can fine tune it and it will do almost anything you want.
