Horrible

Nightmare to try to use and learn. Touch controls are nearly inexistent, and even scheduling feels extremely disorganized.

Works pretty well for me

Not sure why so many people have issues with crashing, we have this on several iPads at our office and rarely have issues. I’m guessing most issues have to do with server setups and IT related issues.

Not great.

Inconsistent. Lack of options. Crashes all the time. These make the app basically useless for any doc trying to be timely and efficient. CT does a really great job with their marketing, but they need to start focusing on refining their software and apps; especially since everything is on subscription now.

What are they talking about?

I don’t normally write reviews for anything because I just don’t have the time or interest. When looking on the App store and I saw the ratings I was wondering why it’s so low. After reading some I was compelled to comment. I have had some minor issues but they have always solved them quickly with their remote support. We have 5 computers and 2 Ipads running all day for a couple years now. We have one location and a computer that is only used as a Chiro touch server, nothing else. The other 5 computers are the Ft. desk, work stations, etc. Here is my critique of the critics. One complaint about bold and italics in the notes that can’t be changed. When you actually print the notes the itallics/bold are not there. The notes look nice, it’s helps you differentiate between what is autofilled etc. Or the one about when leaving a patient note and having to scroll to find the Pt. again and him having to keep opening up patients to see if they have been completed. There’s a way to toggle between patient cards and a list which shows 10 patients at a time and if you completed everything in the checklist that you have specified when setting up it will read DONE, as well as waiting etc. This person has not worked with it much imo. My MACROS have never disappeared and the remote tech could have fixed it within 10 min. They have solved every problem I have had and done so quickly. I don’t find it laggy and am very impatient when it comes to tech. Don’t update your iOS until they tell you to, let them work out the bugs first. Never had it crash except when trying to change a charge after it has been billed out, then it crashes every time. Bottom line, there is a learning curve to it. If you use their Macros fine. But you can fine tune it and it will do almost anything you want.

Simply put…. Horrible

I wonder if Chirotouch cares that everyone has an issue with their app. Runs very slow, lags out, produces server error codes 24/7. I get very behind with my work because of how poorly this app runs. Unless you see less than 10 patients a day, just use provider on the computer because this app is worthless

The new update 7.2

This update is making the app run slow and is constantly crashing with error messages not connecting to server. Disappointing I have to monitor every time my patients use my check in system.

Like watching a CSPAN hearing

If you’re signing up with Chirotouch because they have a mobile app., look elsewhere. The app. is plagued by chronic glitches that slows everything.

Poor interface

The notes part works somewhat, my biggest annoyance is that every time you leave a patients note it kicks you all the way back to the beginning of the patient list so if you see more than a couple people this becomes a big waste of time, they could also fix it if there was any way to know if a chart has been completed like in the desktop version. Since I can’t see what I’ve already completed I have to click back into to each chart to check, and then when you save and exit it goes back to the beginning of the patient list so I have to scroll back through everything again. Come on these simple issues need to be fixed, otherwise the app is almost useless unless you only see 5 patients a day.

Not great, not good, but works

Since the 7.2 upgrade, all the fonts in your chart notes are automatically bolded and italicized and you can’t do anything about it.

Thankfully, I pay $1200 a year for support and was able to submit a case on this the same day it was discovered. Sad news is that the case has been ignored for 2 months as of the writing of this review.

You know, it’s like CT doesn’t realize there are beta versions of upcoming iOS and iPadOS releases and could be prepared for conflicts with their updates.

The positive news is that if you hire an IT person (because most CT Implementation team members won’t help your networking), you can get off-site access to do chart notes. This is a saving grace for me in many ways. Just wish my notes didn’t look like an idiot was typing them being bolded and italicized throughout.

Rarely works properly

App breaks constantly. Three different errors just for opening a patient note. Can never find patient images properly. Text has been grayed out in several lists for months now and when I spoke to a tech they said I needed to update the app. The last version update was 7 months ago now....not recommended to use the mobile version of this program!

Unreliable

There is nothing worse than a company that promotes products and the ease of use, only to invest and find out the product is extremely unreliable.
Worse than that, they put more effort into buying up other companies and growing their sales instead of delivering a reliable product.

Fix your bugs

Crashes every time you delete text and you lose your whole SOAP.

Crash bang buck

App errors-out constantly, loses connection to the server, or lags out otherwise. Most recently, EVERY ONE OF MY MACROS magically disappeared. Can't be fixed without dedicating time to have a remote tech take over and attempt to fix it during business hours *sigh*
😤🙄

What the font

Having trouble seeing many drop down options and other “list form” fonts within this app. There is no current way to fix this. Please help!!!

Fix issues please

Spinal listings not showing up, copy/paste not working, among other negative impacts. Need these fixed ASAP.

Version 7.2 won’t allow you to select text and delete on ioS13

This version is not compatible with iOS 13. You can’t delete text and no update date has been given.

Awesome

They have different apps that go with each server update. Make sure you’re using the correct version.

Works when it wants to

This app crashes more often than not. I haven’t had a solid week of it working without incident in almost 4 years of having it. I would strongly suggest using a different EHR software for your office before using ChiroTouch.
