CT Rentals

CT Rentals is the mobile companion to the Counting Trucks (CT) fleet management platform, built for rental yards and dispatch teams that check trailers, flat beds, and box trucks in and out to customers. Use CT Rentals to: • See available equipment at a glance — browse trailers ready to go out (Outbound) and equipment currently on rent (Inbound) • Search by unit number, VIN, make/model, or customer name • Complete a guided digital condition report for every checkout and return, with visual diagrams for dry vans, flat beds, and box trucks • Mark damage directly on the diagram using standardized condition codes (bent, cracked, dented, missing, punctured, and more) so damage history is consistent and easy to compare over time • Capture guided photos from all four sides of the unit (front, rear, driver side, passenger side) • Record tire condition and, for box trucks, an equipment checklist (trip record, permit book, fire extinguisher, safety kit, and more) • Capture the renter's name, company, and signature right on the device • Work in the yard with a spotty signal — records save locally and sync back to your CT account automatically
