Crashes
It's ok until it randomly crashes..now says service failure. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried on my tablet. It won't work. I have to login on browser to view and it was working fine yesterday. It's had these random crashes before and it's kind of annoying and nothing I try fixes it
Never ending password changes.
Mobile app forces you to change your password. And to make things worse you can’t re use previous passwords. If you get your password wrong it will lock you out and you’ll have to call the bank. I’ve had my same user name and password at another bank king facility for over 15 years. Not sure why this has to happen at citizens

“User blocked”
Works fine most of the time but sometimes it’ll just say “user blocked” and won’t let me in and I have to call the support number to get it to work, this has happened at least two or three times since I’ve got it and I’ve only had it for a few months

Used to flip to landscape mode but no longer will now. Deleted app and reinstalled but still won’t work
Keeps getting better
Each update adds some new cool feature. Awesome to be able to deposit checks without going to the bank.

Great app for CTCB. Easy to use with almost no learning curve. If you bank with CTCB then you should definitely get this app.
Does not work since update
App will not remain open since the update and is non-functional. Really hope to see this fixed soon please

needs tremendous improvement
horrible app. won’t let me sign in anywhere other than on my home wifi. can’t really bank on the go if you app doesn’t let you!

This issue is related to a 3 question security notification. It should prompt you for the answers to the 3 questions when on any other IP (other wifi or cellular) and once you answer them it then trusts that IP address. If your 3 security questions have not been answered, please contact our customer support staff at 423-949-2173.
Mobile Deposit
Mobile check deposits using this app are very difficult. It usually takes 3-4 attempts for each transaction. This needs to be corrected. Mobile check deposit should be flawless.
poor support & update
Face ID quit working after “update.”. Will not keep settings. Called support number—response was delete and reinstall app. Now why didn’t I think of that. (sarcasm for those who can’t understand rhetorical questions.)
Awesome app
This app makes banking easy. The touch log-in makes sign on convenient. Just make sure the touch-ID option is turned on. I love this app!

Downloading this app is a waste of time and phone space. The app is constantly prompting me for my password instead of the Touch ID. It insists that I first login with the password before it will recognize Touch ID. Look if I remembered the password and wanted to use it instead of Touch ID I wouldn’t have set it up to begin with. I’m the words of our president, “Sad!”

Never works. Always says can’t verify my identity. Same problem as the mobile website. Complete junk.
Works well
I’ve been using this app since it first started and it’s done a good job for the most part. It is a lot easier to view my account with the app than using the website. Plus, it has touchID for iPhone users which is nice.

Needs improvement
Works pretty good as long as you don't forget your password or other login info. There is no way to recover or reset if you forget so you better hope you don't have memory problems.
