Troubles with canceling Zelle
I’m sure it’s operator error, but I can not get it to cancel Zelle payments for August 2026.

App advises update required but won’t allow you to update or review your mobile account
Unable to use with new update
I do not have a brand new phone. With the update I can no longer use the app to access my 3 bank accounts with CTCB. I very disappointed with this service. I used the app almost daily.
Online deposit
Why does the online check deposit no longer tell me to write “For Mobile Deposit”? I tried to submit and then the app told me I need to write that on the check. That needs to listed at the start of the process.

Best bank software
I have several bank accounts and use them all via phone apps. In an update a year or two back, Citizens Tri-County Bank software greatly improved. The attribute I like best is being able to make notes about every transaction in my own language to help keep track of money movements. It is now easily the best bank app I use. Because of this, I consolidated other bank accounts into Citizens. Thanks for this great software!

Mobile Deposits
The app is terrible for making mobile deposits, it won’t recognize the check on either mine or my wife’s phone. So it is infuriating that you actually charge for this “convenience”. So we prefer to take up the time off a teller you are paying.
Incorrect funds
The app will tell you your available is one then and your current is another. That is fine, what is frustrating is when your current is higher then your available, and some times the opposite, you can overspend with funds you’d don’t have but you won’t know until 4 days later. I found that the funds are not marked correctly because some transactions will be stuck in “pending” but the bank won’t reflect that until the transaction goes through days later

Citizens Tri County Bank
Love this bank, been with them for about three or four years now and they are always friendly, the mobile app is awesome customer service is top notch ! Needed a transaction took care of and they settled it quickly. Thank you very much
