Open the app and says theres a new version for update, but I can’t even update the newest version! I deleted the app and downloaded again still the same

登入不能
同一個代號和密碼在網頁上可以正常登入，但在這個app就不能。就算忘記登入代號，填寫了相關資料，也不能進行下一步。請盡快修正以上問題。
Very poor app
Keep logging me out. Can’t download statement. The app simply hasn’t been tested. Very frustrating to use.
Cannot download anything
All documents cannot be downloaded. Always request timeout, how come a simple download function won’t work.
Also, this issue has been for months, they even don’t have services monitoring. It’s a joke ;)
