If I press into the app it just takes me to a blank white screen and does nothing more. Has been doing so for over a month now and still no fix

Lock n Unlock Card Option
We need the option to be able to lock and unlock our cards in the app like others credit unions
Reliable and safe
Never have any problems with updates or loading. Always seems to be on track with what I actually have in the bank and shows exactly when I spend it. Also is easy to connect to other apps and direct deposit as well
Zelle
Please add the ability to transfer money using Zelle. All other banks have this function within their app.

On Line Banking
I love on line banking because I live a distance from the main office. I can mobile deposit my checks and check my balances. Also pay my bills and transfer from one account to another. It is great!!!! I am 79 years old!!!

I can’t open the app
Any time I click on the app it just shows a white screen and never loads at all. I’ve deleted the app multiple times and checked to see if my phone and the app was up to date and nothing worked. I’ve even contacted the app developers to see if they could help and I got no response.

Best banking app
Really like this app. Its very simple but that’s how banking apps should be. We also bank with some large national banks and they are constantly changing their interfaces etc. This one is great.
Love the union but
When will we receivecash back or options for help with gas the economy isn't what it use to be and with banking with a bank that can help does help. Just my thoughts
