一个真实酒店用户的反馈

今年开了一个小旅馆,经朋友推荐加盟了携程,加盟后首次使用就被它高端大气上档次的首页震惊了。不仅仅外观漂亮,里面的各个板块使用起来也是得心应手,遇到个别不懂的地方还有业务悉心指导,不得不说携程的服务真到位!

商家没有权利

商家在平台就是一个被欺压的对象,虽然我们希望通过平台吸引客人,但是我们也是付了服务费的。怎么出了问题都是商家的错。客人可以随时给商家打电话咨询,商家不接单时无法联系客人,客人离店后无法联系客人,遇到紧急情况都不知道怎么联系客人,平台是不是要考虑在保护客人隐私的前提下,也站在商家的角度考虑下?
另外每家的评分都是辛苦努力来的,随意一个客人的无理由差评几年努力全白费,全凭客人的真实感受?真实感受还不写理由,那这个真假怎么辨别?而且还不知道是几号的客人住房的,审核部门这么松的吗!
携程是不是要考虑下商家的感受?作为一个中间平台是不是应该客观公正?
还有客人就没有一个信誉评分吗?

这个是非常严重的问题,因为没有收到信息通知。客人没有及时得到回复,酒店也因此流失了太多潜在客户,这个很基础但非常重要的功能竟然几乎不能用,很可惜

酒店一不小心就被差评了,而且差评得出格了,而平台方投诉处理特复杂,采取的方式是医疗事故处理机制,由酒店方提供依据!评价方给差评却不给依据,被讹诈方却需要提供依据,你以为酒店方是医院呀,为了保证投诉有依据,健康人我也给你做个千儿八百的体验,反正羊毛出在羊身上,早赚回了,医疗投诉是可以创收的。酒店却是弱势群体,是否适当站在酒店方立场做一点平台要做好事呀!
