Amazing app for neck pain
I have tried this app for a couple of weeks both my dad and I suffer from neck pain. Remote job is basically the main cause so now we are both taking breaks and doing this exercises and we have found great life after performing this exercises , thank you so much.
The app speak out lousy the instruction which is useful and Apple Watch app is needed
