So helpful

I have been using this app for the last 8 years and has benefited me for the good. The 10 minute exercise is so simple and effective.

Nice app!

Just to note that if you pause the app the images get out of sync when you restart. ✌️

I feel relief

thanks, I feel relief already after one exercise.

Four simple exercises

Exercises are easy to follow. The ticking clock might get old after a while. Would love to have the ability to set a daily reminder. Time will tell if the stretches make a difference.

Works!

I spent 4 days in bad pain with a pinched nerve in neck or shoulder that was unbearable. This was my lady hope before doctors and being uninsured, I'm not keen on those expenses now. This app on e a day with ice had me feeling much better the first day with more improvement each day. Thanks!!!!
