Not working

It was working fine but is now hung and nothing seems to be available to get it going.

App won’t open

I got this app about 3 days ago and it worked great about twice, after that it will not open. It just shows a blue screen. I was able to see my church directory on a bookmark on DuuckDuckgo, but it forces me to log in even after I click on “ remember me” button. This is on my iPhone 11.

Hasn’t worked for weeks

It was a great app. But it hasn’t worked for weeks. It doesn’t open at all. And it’s not just my phone. Not sure what happened but it needs to be fixed ASAP.

Will NOT work on apple’s latest IOS

I had read I could access it online-I am not finding a way to do so!! Very frustrating.

Ptolemy report

After the latest iOS update 14.2 the app loads then Goes to the background. I see this on both my XR and my big iPad. The web site version runs in safari with no problem. Good luck!
