I’ve never had a poor experience with CU Hawaii in person or on the app. Im very grateful to have this.
Not great for businesses
Too hard to transfer money in larger amounts. Need to physically go in, or make numerous small transferees or bill pars on the app.
Mobile deposit
The remote mobile deposit feature works in consistently and is archaic. They should buy the products that other banks use for this system which regularly will not deposit a reasonably endorsed check.

Ever since I got the Iphone 16, the app will not work. First opening it tries face id. Every other app works. Not this one! Reports FINGERPRINT error, which is not possible. Then it reports (on first try!) that I’ve exceeded login tries and it is locked. Then I can get by with resetting the password. EVERY TIME! I cannot work with this bank on this basis. This is ridiculous.
