I’ve never had a poor experience with CU Hawaii in person or on the app. Im very grateful to have this.
Not great for businesses
Too hard to transfer money in larger amounts. Need to physically go in, or make numerous small transferees or bill pars on the app.
Mobile deposit
The remote mobile deposit feature works in consistently and is archaic. They should buy the products that other banks use for this system which regularly will not deposit a reasonably endorsed check.

Ever since I got the Iphone 16, the app will not work. First opening it tries face id. Every other app works. Not this one! Reports FINGERPRINT error, which is not possible. Then it reports (on first try!) that I’ve exceeded login tries and it is locked. Then I can get by with resetting the password. EVERY TIME! I cannot work with this bank on this basis. This is ridiculous.

Horrible mobile deposit
Only bank that makes it almost impossible to take a check picture for mobile deposit. First Hawaiian and Bank of Hawaii much better an easier.

Failed to deposit my check several times
I’ve used this app a few times. I have several times had used the remote deposit and for unknown reason to me it has deleted it. Vertically frustrating.
Mobile Deposit Broken
Perfect checks can’t be deposited. The app says the corners are filled are bent when they aren’t. The image created is perfect but the app won’t accept it. Please fix.
So sad it rarely works
I really wish this app worked like it should. Sometimes the mobile deposit will randomly stop working. I called customer service before and they said to uninstall, restart my phone, and reinstall. I’ve done that multiple times and it still won’t catch. Please fix the app. 🙏🏻

Easy banking
It makes it simple to pay my bills on time with this online app 5 stars for you!!! Because the little drive thru is broken allot I can’t fit my truck in car place hit my rims 2 times
Needs work
I love the app but hate it! Needs work. It always lags when trying to sign in takes forever and then cancels to where you have to exit the app and try to start all over. Please fix thus issue

I got timed out many times, i can’t even log in anymore. Request Timed out!

On average the app just won’t load, hit or miss mostly miss though.
Good interface
This is a good app. Great interface and very user-friendly, but it’s buggy and unreliable.. sometimes loading screen takes too long or even doesn’t load at all and I’m stuck on loading screen. At times it also seems slow and unresponsive. I still like the app though, it’s just those little things :)
