Broke when I changed locations
This app worked great when I first started using it but when I had to change pharmacy locations, none of my prescriptions updated in the app. New prescriptions aren’t showing up as ready to refill, expired prescriptions are still on my list. It has become completely useless and nobody knows how it works so nobody can fix it for me.

The app does not work correctly and the customer service people are incompetent.
Pharmacy - Invalid Store Provided
I have not been able to create a pharmacy account due to an error - invalid store provided. The app has been installed and reinstalled. I have selected different stores and receive the same error. I’ve contacted customer support and received a reply of - server was down try again. It’s been months.
Broken
I live the Pharmacy itself and the app was amazing. Significantly better than any other pharmacy (local) app I’ve had. But suddenly it broke. And told me my store is invalid. I tried the standard: close/open, delete/reinstall. The contact us button isn’t a hyperlink, it’s broken. Then even went as far as deleting my acct and trying to make a new one for it to still tell me that my store is invalid.

Can’t enroll
Like others have stated recently, you can’t create an account thru the app or even online on their webpage. It’s incredibly frustrating because I would love to switch all my medications to my location as they’re fast and polite.
Fix Your App for New Users
For weeks, new user registrations are blocked from creating accounts stating “Invalid store entered”. Countless reviews have complained. Call centers just direct people to pharmacies for help. Pharmacists are not there for Cub’s tech support. Just a disappointing experience from a company who chose to partner with MarkeTouch Media to develop the app - have you seen that company’s website? No? Find their logo and it will tell you everything you need to know to keep your medical records far from Cub Pharmacy.

Creating profile is impossible
I’m facing the same issue that another reviewer stated. You can’t set up a new profile - says "invalid store provided" even though I’m literally picking from their drop down list of stores.
Pharmacy app not working
Maybe it’s the newest update but my iPhone 14 keeps showing “not refillable “ on my prescriptions, when I click on it says “a system error has occurred “. Maybe it’s the latest update. I have tried deleting app and reinstalling. No better.
Unable to set up account
The Cub Pharmacy location I have my prescriptions filled at is listed in the app, but it says it’s an invalid location and doesn’t allow me to save and create an account. Tried another location and got the same error. No customer support is available either. Completely worthless.
Creating a profile doesn’t work
Downloaded app so that I could manage medication refills. Won’t let me set up a profile - says “invalid store provided” even though I am selecting from a pick list. Tried selecting different stores. Have called customer care multiple times, but they don’t know how to solve it. Have been put in an endless loop where they send me to the pharmacy and the pharmacy sends me back to customer care.

Stopped working
Prescriptions can no longer be filled through the app. Looked around and couldn’t find a way to contact support or the dev team. Will put review back up to 5 stars when it functions again, thanks

Update I was finally able to install the app and it works great.

Best pharmacy
We have tried multiple pharmacies over the years and no one compares to cub in Stillwater. Great people and very professional.
A Godsend after dealing with Walgreens!
We transferred all our scripts to Cub after being lifelong Walgreens customers. It’s SO NICE TO HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN. The friendly folks at Cub answer the phone and the lines to pick up are not crazy long. A total win!
App is rough
My local Cub pharmacy is great, but I have not had any success with the app. I can never see the full list of my prescriptions which makes it tough to request they be filled unless I have the prescription number.
