App crashes when you make a selection within it.

Bad News
This latest update is weird! When I go to log in, it doesn’t allow me to. If I click "Forgot my Password" I’m IN. This is on the app.
Lack of control of personal data
Cubigo should let me edit my profile to correct my phone number as “cell” rather than “landline,” which I never listed it that way. Even Hillside admin folks weren’t allowed to fix it.

Ordering food
Cubigo is terrible for ordering food from the bistro and I imagine from the dining room as well. There is no description or photograph to depict things on the menu, and it’s difficult to sequence your order from more than one category at a time. I usually resort to calling in my order because Cubigo is impossible.

Not a good app
I’ve been using this app for over a year now. It is not user friendly. I do not like it at all. Many residents have great difficulty using it. Wish our place would go with something else.
Still looks like a beta version
Cubigo was presented to our community in beta (testing) form, and not much has changed. Cubigo is not easy to use, so staff (who have many other things to do) never quite figure out how to post items without formatting errors. Perhaps the technical support promised by the Cubigo sales group never arrived, or it’s not possible to post information in this crudely designed program without formatting errors. In addition, posted information goes missing and the user interface is so poorly designed it’s hard to tell if it’s your error or a problem with the program. The result is a mess that does not look like it will ever be fixed—we’ll just get used to it. If you are looking for a communication and scheduling program for your senior community, do your staff and residents a favor by considering other options.

Old news
It would be helpful to delete the old news items and to update current menu specials in a timely fashion

Not reliable or secure
Constant outhouse and poor service.
Don’t believe the 5-star reviews
If you read many of the 5-star reviews, they are actually complaints about the many problems this app presents. Maybe these reviews were written by seniors who are less tech savvy, but the stars are certainly misleading. This app is crudely designed, difficult to navigate and ugly to look at. I’m so sorry our community decided to purchase Cubigo when there must be better options out there.

Electrical outage in apt
Circuit breaker keeps tripping off. There is a problem. Maybe air conditioner involved. Had security reset last night but went off again. Ray had checked out and reset before he left.

Imposes too many restrictions on things such as time, numbers etc. No good for communication

Resident Directory
Need to be able to list the directory by First name and by Last name. Need to view food & drink charges in Cubigo.
News notices take too long to load
“News” notices don’t load quickly if there is art work attached to it. Takes too long to be available to read by the community.
