Rating Reflects App ONLY
The newest UI change isn’t that great, and here’s why. It would be great if the user could customize what is shown/reorder on the home page as the recent photos, camera status, and activity “widgets” are great. The giant photo at the top was a bad call. I don’t think many users need three different ways to see pictures. Please get rid of the giant picture and put something with actual value such as the crystal ball results instead.

I love the cuddeback system with the daisy chain it’s amazing and super affordable for people like me who want to run several cameras. That said, every time I like/save a picture it asks me to review the app… like every single time. I’m sure it’s just a glitch but please stop asking me to review it. I’ve literally sent over a review like 150 times. Again, love the cuddeback system. Just a small inconvenience, overall it’s great.

Cameras have poor Range
The cameras sensor only detects 30’. Call them and they will tell you that too.

These cameras are the lowest quality pictures I’ve ever seen especially at night
Cell Service Conquered
So far so good , I've managed to get a few cameras way down in a canyon with no cell service linked up to a base station mounted high in a tree on the hilltop, and they're successfully sending photos!

I believe these cameras catch all movement by them, which I cannot say about the other brands I have used. I enjoy only paying for 1 subscription vs multiple for other brands

I can’t figure out why anyone would pay for multiple cell camera accounts. The Cuddelink network is awesome! Using solar, no batteries. 15 cameras. One cell plan.

Great until you have to update
The system and app are great until you are required to update firmware and you have 20 plus cameras and have to go into the woods and update firmware with each camera to get the app to work. Firmware update comes out, app is useless. Cuddy should allow you to use older app until you have time to update firmware in all cameras

Absolutely trash
I have wasted now 2 trips to our remote cabin because the setup is completely garbage. You could pay a high schooler to rewrite your instructions $20 and it would be so much better. 2nd trip out here magically every sd card is corrupted. With pictures showing y’all’s logo. I’ve wasted money on this purchase and 1 day into paying the service I get logos

Best Option on the Market
Battery life, Picture Quality, Service Plans and Support. Cuddeback has you covered. Tracks is a great addition to the cuddelink system
Picture quality
I’ve used 3 of the big names in cellular cameras and Cuddebacks send the worst images to my phone! I’m only using them now because they are cheap to use.
