We purchased this camera this year. The app doesn’t provide any information if you’re having issues with the app I have looked everywhere. Trying to find how I contact Wise eye to figure out why the camera isn’t working. But I don’t find any support option on the app. We had a herd of hogs at our camera yet the camera recognize them as “other”.

App won’t work
Downloaded the app, every time I try to log in it just spins and goes away. I’ve been trying to log in for 3 days. The whole point is to be able to watch my feed and yet I can’t even log in so I have to drive 45 mins to go look.

Filtering
This last update removed the ability to filter on the “other” category. This was useful to mass delete pictures that normally had nothing in them.
Bad
App is glitchy and has alot of issues. Cameras are straight off the boat.
