We purchased this camera this year. The app doesn’t provide any information if you’re having issues with the app I have looked everywhere. Trying to find how I contact Wise eye to figure out why the camera isn’t working. But I don’t find any support option on the app. We had a herd of hogs at our camera yet the camera recognize them as “other”.

App won’t work
Downloaded the app, every time I try to log in it just spins and goes away. I’ve been trying to log in for 3 days. The whole point is to be able to watch my feed and yet I can’t even log in so I have to drive 45 mins to go look.

Filtering
This last update removed the ability to filter on the “other” category. This was useful to mass delete pictures that normally had nothing in them.
Bad
App is glitchy and has alot of issues. Cameras are straight off the boat.
Decent Camera, Terrible App
Camera does its job and takes pretty good photos. The App however is terrible. No way to create a gallery of the photos you want to keep and then mass delete all of the rest. Even if you mark the photos you want to keep as a favorite (Starred) it will still delete them when you do a mass delete. Way too time consuming to go through and unselect the ones you want to keep every time. I run 25 cell cams from 5 different brands but this will be my last and only WiseEye strictly because of this.

Wise eye problem
I am not very good with electrical and I was hoping that this would be easier to navigate but I am having trouble with finding pictures and take videos and just trying to figure it out plus I am getting so many pieces that don’t have any deer after I set to what I want for pictures. I had it up from a week and I still don’t know how to work it properly.

Best trail cam I’ve ever used!
You get real time alerts when something moves in front of it. Incredible images both day and night.
I use mine as a security camera for our camp house to make sure the only people there are the ones that should be there. Since the camp is in Mississippi and we’re in Louisiana it’s an extra layer of protection because if I see someone that shouldn’t be there lurking around I can call the locals for help.
App is great, very user friendly.

The new cameras WiseEye is releasing are the best in the game to go along with the best app in the business! I’m really impressed!

I have used WiseEye cameras and Hunt Control for 6 months and have had no uses what so ever. Easy set up and easy to use . Best out there hands down.

This app is more then a pictures app. The information you receive from this app helps you get that trophy you chasing . HuntControl paired with wise eyes cameras are a deadly combination. Good luck this hunting season and have a blessed day

The clarity of the pics and videos is just amazing!! The app works great 99.9% of the time. My most addicting app on my phone.
Awesome Hunting Tool
This app lets you track your deer based on temperature, wind direction, wind speed, barometric pressure, locations, etc. Really good tool to use to help your hunt.
