Equipment Failed/Unable to contact
We have emailed to try and get the service cancelled because our WiFi completely stopped working. There has been no response. It worked okay for about 4-5 months and then just quit. We keep getting charged for the internet we can no longer use or access. We have tried help forums, googling, emailing, etc. to no avail and the company will not respond.
Would give this zero stars if I could, DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.
Willing to update review, contingent upon the company canceling our service and refunding the money that has been taken from our account from when our Internet no longer worked.

Wake on lan update
I want to turn on my computer remotely via the cudy app. I have a TR30 router. Through the web interface, I can select the time for WOL and the computer will turn on at the specified time. But I can't change these settings when I'm not at home and not connected to the router network. I want to turn it on remotely at the moment when I need it, as it was implemented in my keenetic router. There I selected the device (and by the way, the devices were always shown there, regardless of whether the device was online or not, it was very convenient to see information about the device and view, for example, the mac address) and pressed the "Wake on lan" button, thereby turning on the computer. I want you to give access to this feature in your app, or at least enable the setup of wake on lan via the mobile app. I hope you will implement it soon. And I would also like to be able to assign an IP address to a specific device in the DHCP server. Please give me the opposite answer, I really like my router and I don't want to flash it on openwrt and other firmware just to have the WOL function. I'm missing exactly this feature in your app. I tried to set up a ZeroTier VPN, but again I can't do it. Thank you so much for your products, I look forward to this update.

Dear James Lotte, We will consider your feature request for future App releases. Regarding specific client IP assignment: This is already supported via 'IP/MAC binding.' However, please configure this on the Web interface as it is not yet available on the App. Thank you.

Cover almost all features you need, including VPN setup. Other features are available via web application
Don’t buy
This is the worst router and software ever. Be warned. Just save your money and go for better. Way better out there.
P4 - no SMS access
Excellent app functionality, only downside is no SMS access for P4, have to view via desktop.
No idea why this is sitting at 1 star
This is a far better and easier app than the deco equivalent. Easy to use and user friendly .
Add manual ip address
I have my router routed to my vpn , I wish you guys can add manual ip address entry to connect to the router without it automatically trying to search for it. I know there is a cloud option but cannot be trusted to run on your own servers.

Gaming issues
We need a system update for cudy p4 to optimize the latency for online gaming older routers like tp link or huawei works less 10ms in latency
If your latency on huawei or tp link router is 50ms on cudy p4 will be 60ms or more . Fix the firmware or add gaming mode option to the router to lower the latency .

Good but SMS feature not there in 1.4.0
Overall good app. But SMS feature still not there in 1.4.0 even though App Store says it is.
More settings
Need essential settings from web interface like qos, ip/Mac binding, Mac block etc. in the app. These settings are missing for my M1800 router.
SIM card SMS to read in app
I find it hard when ever I need to read a message received on Sim which was in my P4 router. Unlike many other router apps, Cudy app don’t have option to fetch/reach sms on sim to mobile app.
Not so great
I’m having a hard time connecting my printer to this router. It’s also showing weak security on my Wi-Fi page.
Just works!
Absolutely no stress or hassle during setup, clear UI and features. Perhaps in the future there could be options like QoS? I was using Deco mesh but they started to give me problems so I switched to Cudy. But the app that deco used was very feature rich so I suppose I miss a lot of those features. Other than that, great app that just works straight away
