I canceled this within a few hours of a trial. I’m looking through my bank statements and have been charged $7.99 a week for 2 months after canceling. These are “mistakes” it deliberate hoping you won’t notice. F-U

Bait and switch
This was advertised as a free notetaker but no, you get three day free trial but you know that’s not exactly what I would call a free notetaker. Why are they misrepresenting this?
Unlimited Minutes Each Month
I mean, I get, they charge, per word, well, limited words a month, so unlimited words a month works for someone who uses a ton, that’s the best.
Users be ware
This is a scam! Your card will be charged even when you are not subscribed to it, Apple won’t refund either. Impossible to cancel subscription. be warned this app is a scam! Apple allows scammers to operate but won’t take any responsibility for that
Ease of Use
I like the program it was relatively easy to use. But I’m a mindset of “make it simple stupid”. I’ve been out of the workforce 10 years so it was more difficult than I expected.
Didn’t work for even the first meeting
I was searching for a notetaking app and came across this because it’s highly rated…I even got the upgraded version. However, I tried it out last week on Thursday at noon and it’s now Monday night and it’s still “summarising” - bad first impression. Do not recommend.

The app works great but I see that there is no option for pdf copy for TO DO LIST. I use the app a lot for work since I meet a lot with inspectors and many times I just want to share the to do for follow up. But the only option is to share the link.

今までは普通に使えていました。ここに3日で使えなくなりました。
端末はiPad11.第4世代、バージョン26.5です。
iPhoneでは使えていますが、iPadで使えないと困ります。
端末の問題かと思い、
強制再起動、再起動、アプリキャッシュクリア、ストレージ確認、メモリ確認などできることは全て試しました。
アプリを開くと、ホワイトアウトして消えます。
開けません。
直前の利用状況は6時間の録音をして、それを放置したまま別アプリを開きました。
今まではそれで利用できていました。
3時間以上録音すると、たまに開きにくくなることはありましたが、今回のケースはありませんでした。
解決したいです。
今までは普通に使えていました。ここに3日で使えなくなりました。

This was deceptive. Thought I was getting a free trial to check for accuracy and quality. One must pay to even see the transcript.

I have tried other AI meeting note takers and this one is a keeper. Others are ok Cue is great.
Worst app ever
I have had so many issues with this app and I get very frustrated everytime I reach out and receive an AI response and not someone who can help me. I’ve been charged multiple times, app crashed, and notes got deleted. I hate it here
