Best Job hunting app
I’ve found every job i’ve ever had in Chicago through Culinary Agents!! Love this app from both an employer and employee perspective!!!!
Poor response rate for applicants
I have been applying through this app for almost two months and have submitted more than 40 applications. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response or update from employers through the platform.
I expected more interaction since Culinary Agents is supposed to specialize in hospitality jobs, but so far I’ve had much better results using other platforms like Indeed.
It would be great if the platform improved communication between employers and applicants, or at least provided some feedback on applications.

Overall just not a good app
Way to many bugs, nothing loads correctly, the app crashes and it just makes it a very frustrating experience
Great app but sucky companies
These people don’t hire anyone from this app! If they do they’re all young, Hispanic, or old and Hispanic! I’ve been trying to get jobs off this app 2 years and never even a resume review. I decided it’s not worth having g on my phone! DELETE!

TRASH!!!
I can’t understand how this app is still functional. Out of 151 applications, only 5 responses, and even when you reply, there’s no follow up. It’s incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.

How come this app only have 19 reviews in 4 years. Only got call once for an interview upscale restaurant in Manhattan and didn’t qualify. Let’s say that if you needed a job for yesterday this is not the app to go.

I don’t know how many applications I have submitted on this app. I’m only giving it 1 star because I NEVER get a response. I get interviews and responses from every other app, but this one. I have already been hired, and I have two jobs now. However, this app only wasted my time. Posting a picture on your resume is unprofessional. Why is it ok on all of the job apps like LinkedIn?

Honestly it’s about luck
Well like I said, it’s about luck but when I start in this app to look a job I found it in less than a day but now I’m looking for the second job and I still looking so it depend but it’s a good platform to look a job :)

Fix your geofencing
I posted a job for a dishwasher in Oakland, Ca and I only received one reply fro Nigeria and one from Jakarta. Really disappointed with the results and also really disappointed that culinary agents wouldn’t provide a refund for this kind of experience either. Don’t provide candidates who have no real shot of landing this job access to the job postings and then charging the customer for it. Customer service reps thought this was a reasonable charge for reasons I cannot understand. I cannot recommend anyone use this app.
