Works Well Enough

It’s a pretty good app. I’m using it for the Texas method.

My only recommendations/areas of improvement would be if the dates could be automated/updated on their own, as they are always on the first day I started the whole cycle which isn’t a big deal to adjust, but one of these days I’m sure I’m gonna forget to change it.

Also, I’m mainly focusing on the main compound movements (squat, bench, deadlift, press), but I wish we could maybe click on the additional exercises beyond those (power cleans for example) and maybe give us a lift of us exercises and movements that we might use to sub for those as I don’t feel comfortable doing power cleans, or maybe give us the ability to add/remove from the list of exercises for that day.

Other than that I have no complaints. Been tracking my progress well so far, and it’s nice to have the whole 6 week’s mapped out and see the numbers I should be hitting by the end of my cycle.

Not enough in this to pay for

Where is the set timer? Need to add a check box for each set completed with a rest timer between sets. Wish I would’ve known this, because I would have never purchased it.

App functionality

Love the app! I have been using it for a little over and year and have made great gains. Is it possible to allow the app to open to the last saved set instead of scrolling through all of the completed weeks? Just a small added convenience, thanks guys!!

Amateur

The design is very simple but progress is often lost, the app doesn't always save properly.

Proper progress saving and added functionality like a set counter with a timer between would make this an easy 5 star app.
