Clearly states works with 9th gen (it won’t)

App Store clearly states playable on this iPad and it is included in compatibility list (9th generation iPad) but upon undownloading and opening the game multiple times and updating my iPad, it won’t state anything other then it is not compatible with my device and to check compatibility list, where my iPad is clearly listed. Very frustrating experience
