Doesn’t work on Corporate phones
Can’t log in on corporate device. Use “Great Work” instead. That works.
Does not make using the service easier.
Apps should be a streamlined experience. Having to log in every time I try to use the app is cumbersome and is no easier than using the web interface. So I default to the web because it is so much simpler. The app takes too much time to do simple things. Deleted.
Doesn’t work.
Hasn’t worked in over a month. Trying to let my girls pick out some Christmas gifts and can’t login anywhere but work.
It rarely works
Use this app for SBux and it rarely works. 75% of the time “an error has occurred”. Makes it really hard to share recognition for partners, or recieve it in a timely fashion. Do better.

This App will not let me sign up, I can use it on my work computer but there is not a verification code that I can use to sign up with to sync my account. Horrible app unfortunately, the old Great Works App worked great. I was able to link my account right away and use the app instead of having to go to work to use my points.

Great recognition app!
Love this app for recognizing my team! The reminders to recognize team members that haven’t had much love lately are helpful and Ai helps make my messages better.

Awesome and easy to use
Love redeeming my points through this app. Redemption on my phone through this app is just as easy my desktop. Really fun to be browsing what I want next from our store!
Doesn’t even work
When I go to do features that the app is suppose to allow (for instance I work at Starbucks and I should be able to send people cards). This app is annoying and frustrating to deal with and I’m about ready to delete it.

Terrible login
Poorly designed app. May be my company but it seems every time you open this app you have to go through the entire login process. Ridiculous and not user friendly at all, yet that is exactly what my company probably desires.

Terrible app
You can tell the developer never uses the app because you have to relogin every time you use the app ro switch from iPad to iPhone. Ridiculous. People that develop apps should be required to actually use the app before it is approved.
Terrible integration with any company
Virtually zero integration with any companies employee list. Our company uses employee numbers, yet this app doesn’t do that. Well, it randomly does but the chances of it working is virtually zero. Than you are forced to search by name which is brilliant, if everyone had a different name. You just get an email address that shows up, yet you don’t know which one is the duplicate person, and you have no way to know.
It’s just another app that the developers never use, and the HR departments never get out into the field to see how it is used.

Doesn't work
Have to use this app for Starbucks and the option to recognize partners is not limited to my home store and the store of people is on their profile. this results in coworkers with more common names being impossible to distinguish from other people with the same name from different stores. also no way to add additional information or profile pictures to help. stupid app.
