The app is bad but the service is worse. Never on time.
App no longer works due to faulty update
This app no longer works. The app wants an update, and when you go to update, it installs Skyhop Tech Crew instead of updating the regular Skyhop Crew app. Uninstalling Skyhop Crew to renstall does not fix the problem, as it only downloads the version from the previous install via the cloud download icon. This leads to needing the update again which loads the wrong app again.
No point in trying to use Skyhop Crew until this gets fixed.

Terrible
App gps for your vehicle often doesn’t work or is inaccurate. Assigns wrong drivers. Not worth using. Better to just call dispatch! Drivers too concerned with star ratings

Crashes when trying to message dispatch. Even dispatchers don’t know where their vans are when you call them. Absolutely worthless transportation company
