The app is bad but the service is worse. Never on time.
App no longer works due to faulty update
This app no longer works. The app wants an update, and when you go to update, it installs Skyhop Tech Crew instead of updating the regular Skyhop Crew app. Uninstalling Skyhop Crew to renstall does not fix the problem, as it only downloads the version from the previous install via the cloud download icon. This leads to needing the update again which loads the wrong app again.
No point in trying to use Skyhop Crew until this gets fixed.

Terrible
App gps for your vehicle often doesn’t work or is inaccurate. Assigns wrong drivers. Not worth using. Better to just call dispatch! Drivers too concerned with star ratings

Crashes when trying to message dispatch. Even dispatchers don’t know where their vans are when you call them. Absolutely worthless transportation company

App doesn’t provide van location and van drivers are rarely on time. utterly worthless service!

App will not sign in. Just keeps saying time-out. Looks like an Uber for me, an another bill for my company to pay.

Doesn't really work
After my first review over a year ago, little if anything has changed. The GPS almost never correctly shows driver locations. The call driver function doesn't always work. And the drivers say they don't get notified when I request pickup. So the app is really only good for canning dispatch and leaving reviews. Unfortunate as it is a good idea.

Unavailable to reach and track
App crashes every time one tries to message driver and dispatch. Location of vehicle is never accurate, guessing on purpose so they aren’t bothered.
Nuisance Badges
The app works decently well, but there are nuisance badges with associated message or notification so you can’t clear them.

Worthless! Enter city & flight number, choose “Message Dispatch” and the app quits! Every time!

Non-functional garbage
App just crashes if you try to message a driver or their dispatch, and map location function does not work. Back to 10 minutes of phone trees and sitting on hold to talk to someone.
Useless
Driver doesn’t message. Tried to call and got “voicemail not set up”. Gave up and take a cab.
Garbage App-don’t bother
Worst code I’ve seen out of the military. The location doesn’t update… shows the van’s location on startup but that’s it. To update you have to manually shut down the app, relogin, useless.
The contact section does nothing. Contact the driver just returns a generic “I’m driving” message, contact dispatcher does nothing. I’ve used this dozens of times for a few years now and it’s never improved. The only thing that seems to work is the “rate your driver” section.

The app does not show the van’s actual live location. I believe it did at one point. It shows the driver’s name, but it would more useful to know the van number or license plate

This app is awful. Whenever you call the driver it says the drivers mailbox is full. GPS is a joke it does not show where the driver is at all. The only thing it’s good for is it shows the drivers name that’s it.

This app does not give the driver location. Only the airport which is a no brainer since I entered the airport information.
